About

Experienced residential and commercial appraiser on the North Oregon Coast with over 30 years of experience.

Steven A. Weed, MAI, SRA

A  lifetime resident of Clatsop County,  I grew up in Seaside, went to Portland State University and graduated wtih a degree in Economics, BS, with an emphasis in Computer Science.

After college, I worked as a real estate saleman for two years before joining the Clatsop County Assessors Office as a residential field appraiser.  In the nine years with the Assessors Office, I viewed and valued over 10,000 properties in the county.

For the last 30 years I've been an independent fee appraiser primarily doing appraisals for residential lending.  Along with residential work, I've done a variety of commercial assignments.
